Staycrete is an online platform that connects and engages travelers with local tourism professionals who will show you the unique and wonderful things to see and do in your destination. Our website gives you direct access to selected vacation rentals so you can discover and book experiences that meet your personal preferences.

Staycrete currently does not offer insurance for travelers but you can get it from insurance firms such as World Nomad or any other insurance website.

Booking Process
You can check the availability by clicking the book now button
Once you find your preferred property: Select the package, date, and number of people (adults, children, infants), then click Book Now. This will bring you to the Checkout/Payment page where you need to fill out the required fields. Make sure that you review all the details to avoid the hassle of amending your booking. After that, proceed to payment – enter your credit card details, review carefully, then submit.
Reservation and Payment
The total amount (including tax) of the tour can be seen on the right side of the Checkout page. Staycrete does not charge any handling fee in addition to the amount stated on the Checkout page, however, foreign transaction fees may be imposed by your credit card’s issuing bank if paying foreign currency. You may check with your bank if you have other related questions before proceeding to payment.
You can book your desired property or activity online using major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal.
Since we are an online platform, we do not accept cash payments, but for some booking there is an option to pay a 25% online and the rest in cash on arrival
Yes. The connection between the browser and the server is done via an SSL certificate with 128 bits (end to end) encryption. Staycrete does not store your credit card information.
After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your booking and a receipt.

Once your booking is confirmed, the total cost of your activity is subject to the cancellation terms and conditions of the property owner agreed upon at the time of booking. We highly recommend that you read the fine print and important information in the listing, the booking page, and your reservation confirmation for policies as applied by the tour operator. Cancellation must be done via your booking conversation page. You can cancel your requested booking before the requested booking is confirmed by your tour operator and any amount collected by Staycrete will be refunded to you within a commercially reasonable time. If the trip is canceled due to bad weather, mechanical problems, and other safety concerns, you will get a refund or your trip will be rescheduled according to the cancellation policies.
